Event - 100m sprint

Place of Birth - The Island of Butaritari, Kiribati.
Current Studies - Form 7 student (Pre-University) at St. Louis
High School, Tarawa.
Results - Holds National 100m., 200m., 400m. Records plus
a share of the 4 x 100m Relay Record. PB (e) = 13.58 (2002)
2004 best = 13.3 (m)

Name - Meamea THOMAS
Event - 85kg Weightlifter
D.O.B. - 11-09-87
Place of Birth - Tarawa, Kiribati.
Results - Placed 5th. in the Commonwealth W-L Championships
in Malta. Younger brother of Marea Teoiaki who placed 8th.
in the Commonwealth Games in Manchester 2002. Status - Granted
a Wild Card entry into Athens.
